What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a space that's already in good shape — surfaces, floors, bathrooms and kitchens. A deep clean tackles buildup a routine visit skips: baseboards, inside appliances, grout, light fixtures, vents and behind/under furniture. Most clients start with a deep clean, then switch to standard recurring visits.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide entry instructions (key lockbox, building concierge or a door code) and return to a finished space. All crew members are background-checked and uniformed.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional-grade, hospital-clean-rated disinfectants by default, with eco-friendly / fragrance-free product lines available on request — just note it in your quote request.
How is pricing determined?
